Experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioners to work alongside our Team Managers to lead and support service delivery and provide high quality support and supervision to team members.

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Assistant Team Manager (ATM) post in Justice Services. All ATMs will work as part of the Justice Service Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Justice Services, both locally and nationally.

Applicants must be trained in relevant risk assessment tools, have significant experience in justice social work practice along with experience of supervising and managing workers.
