Summary
Key Responsibilities: The post holder is required to provide reception duties for the Outpatient Departments (OPD) and Attend Anywhere Clinic waiting areas. This is done on a rota basis. To provide administration and clerical support for Trust services, some of which may be non-routine/ad-hoc. To ensure clinics are cashed up in a timely manner, and to book follow up appointments for patients after their appointment as required. To deliver a responsive, sensitive, and courteous approach to all patients and service users in a busy environment.
