Summary
To succeed in this role, you will need: - A good understanding of building and grounds maintenance. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. - A positive customer-focused attitude. - The ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Good numeracy and literacy skills. - A full, clean driving licence is desirable. Youll work closely with Operational Estates and Facilities Department colleagues across two busy Hospital sites, supporting the planning and delivery of essential operational estates works. Youll also take a proactive approach to managing stock, identifying slow-moving items, and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.
