Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Sixth Form Academic Mentor . Ricards Lodge High School is an outstanding, successful and vibrant multi-cultural comprehensive school for girls with a co-educational Sixth Form. We have high expectations of all our students and provide a dynamic and stimulating environment in which they can learn and develop as individuals.The roles includes:Planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating the academic support for students identified on the sixth form intervention registerManaging the Sixth Form Learning Resource Centre as a successful resource for all post 16 learnersWorking closely with the Sixth Form Leadership Team and Tutor Team to identify students who would benefit from further intervention and support, create action plans, liaise with parents, tutors, subject teachers and Head of YearContributing and developing high quality academic mentoring to Years 12 and 13 and to monitor and evaluate its impactIf you are interested in joining our team, we would be keen to hear from you.
