SEN Class Teacher - All-Through SEN School - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Pay: MPS/UPS - Paid to Scale via PAYE (no umbrella deductions)

The school is known for its supportive leadership, collaborative ethos, and a pastoral team that truly goes above and beyond.
The Role:
You'll lead a small, well-supported class group, delivering adapted and engaging lessons designed to meet each learner's EHCP targets. This is a unique opportunity to shape individual outcomes and build meaningful relationships that last.

What We're Looking For:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential

Previous experience in an SEN or inclusive setting is highly desirable
