Summary

SEN Class Teacher - All-Through SEN School - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham

Pay: MPS/UPS - Paid to Scale via PAYE (no umbrella deductions)

Long Term Futures is proud to be supporting an Ofsted-rated 'Good' all-through SEN school in Birmingham that provides a nurturing and structured environment for pupils aged 4 to 19 with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), social and emotional challenges, and complex learning profiles. The school is known for its supportive leadership, collaborative ethos, and a pastoral team that truly goes above and beyond.

The Role:
You'll lead a small, well-supported class group, delivering adapted and engaging lessons designed to meet each learner's EHCP targets. This is a unique opportunity to shape individual outcomes and build meaningful relationships that last.

What We're Looking For:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential

Previous experience in an SEN or inclusive setting is highly desirable
