The Role:
You'll be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of building AC / HVAC services. This includes Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on HVAC appliances, with a focus on diagnostic checks and fault finding. You'll also support the general maintenance team with basic plumbing tasks and toilet unblocking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding on AC / HVAC appliances.
- Undertake general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing.
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure all statutory and legislative requirements are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in maintenance, testing, and fault finding on a variety of HVAC equipment, including packaged, air handling, and split-type systems.
- Experience working on commercial equipment (not domestic installers).
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults proactively.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize your workload.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and hours.
- A pro-active and positive approach to work with sound interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
