£24,000 - £26,000 + Regular Overtime Available

Monday - Friday 09:30am - 18:00pm

Our client is a trusted supplier in the aerospace industry, specialising in delivering materials to commercial airlines, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities around the world. They are trusted by hundreds of airlines globally to source and supply these materials often within the same or next day. They are looking for a Warehouse Operative with a good attitude to work, and who is looking for the opportunity to join a growing company with progression opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Receive, inspect, and document all incoming goods accurately.
  • Enter products into inventory systems and store them in the correct locations.
  • Handle and store hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Pick inventory for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Review and verify documentation for both internal use and external partners.
  • Pack items securely to maintain product integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate effectively with courier services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth order fulfillment.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Monitor inventory levels using barcode scanners and tracking systems.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Must be commutable to Harrow and Hemel Hempstead, due to the company relocating facilities to Hemel Hempstead in August
  • Must have a driving license and a vehicle
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without the requirement of sponsorship
  • Must have 1-2 years' experience within a Warehouse environment
