Summary

  • JOB TITLE: Product Owner

  • SALARY: £65,385 -£72,650

  • LOCATION(S): Watford

  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

About this Opportunity

You will have ownership for a single product which contains 1-2 features, journeys or technology components. You will be responsible for the release of incremental value within a single product feature or technology component delivering value to customers and stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • To be results focussed to deliver high quality outcomes for all stakeholders

  • Ability to prioritise, refine and manage the team Product backlog

  • To be responsible and accountable for Product change governance and business readiness activities (e.g. training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for your respective features, journeys or technology components

  • To provide input to the overall Product vision and Product roadmap

  • To implement development frameworks for your area, and coach and mentor others in the organisation

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to be able to scope projects with stakeholders, ensuring delivery is achieved

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, high growth organisation to deadlines
