About this Opportunity
You will have ownership for a single product which contains 1-2 features, journeys or technology components. You will be responsible for the release of incremental value within a single product feature or technology component delivering value to customers and stakeholders.

What you'll need

To be results focussed to deliver high quality outcomes for all stakeholders

Ability to prioritise, refine and manage the team Product backlog

To be responsible and accountable for Product change governance and business readiness activities (e.g. training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for your respective features, journeys or technology components

To provide input to the overall Product vision and Product roadmap

To implement development frameworks for your area, and coach and mentor others in the organisation
And any experience of these would be really useful

Effective communication and negotiation skills to be able to scope projects with stakeholders, ensuring delivery is achieved

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, high growth organisation to deadlines
