Summary

Reporting to the Programming and Partnerships Officer, you’ll work within a passionate and proactive team of staff and volunteers to deliver The Summer of Play at Baddesley Clinton within the North Warwickshire portfolio.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract/duration: Fixed term contract until 01-Sep-2025

Hours/working pattern: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the year. You'll work 301 hours over the contract which on average will be 5 days out of 7. This includes some weekends and bank holidays but again, this will be flexible depending on operational demand.

What it's like to work here
Baddesley Clinton is a moated manor house within a rambling Warwickshire estate. The property offers an imaginative visitor experience with trails and outdoor activities throughout the year. The busy Barn Restaurant serves a variety of dishes with many ingredients grown in the property's vegetable garden.

What you'll be doing
As a champion of exceptional visitor experiences, you'll join a high performing team to give visitors a truly memorable day out assisting with the delivery of events and activities as part of The Summer of Play.

Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You’ll help link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do. You’ll deliver high standards of presentation on site and ensure all our communications with our visitors around the property is clear and consistent. This can be in a busy outdoors environment, with practical and physical work required at times.
