About the Role:
As a BERTHA Certified Test Operator, you will play a key role in the safe operation and testing of autonomous vehicles across a variety of real-world environments.
You will be responsible for monitoring vehicle performance, ensuring passenger safety, and providing valuable feedback to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a strong focus on safety, system awareness and public interaction
Conduct route testing in diverse city and highway scenarios
Log real-time observations and report anomalies using digital tools
Engage with ride-hailing passengers and ensure a positive AV experience
Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with technical teams
Adhere to BERTHA certification protocols and data integrity standards
Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends and early mornings
Requirements:
BERTHA Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing (essential)
Valid UK Class C driver’s license with a clean record and minimum 3 years’ experience
Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
Comfortable using digital reporting and analysis tools
Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
