Summary
Apex are looking to recruit a new team member to deliver LGV driver training to a range of candidates. This is a full time role, 07.30am - 4.30pm weekdays, some Saturdays may be required. You will be based in Peterborough, our centre provides training to the Logistics and Industrial sector. You will be working one to one with candidates delivering training on a range of LGV vehicles, Category C1, Category C and Category C+E, you will also deliver Driver CPC training and Shunter training if required. We are looking for a candidate with some previous instructional experience although minimum requirements are that you have held a Category C+E driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. Full training for the role will be given, a period of shadowing existing instructors will be arranged. Key skills for this role are, Experience and knowledge of the Logistics industry, good communication skills and the ability to adapt your training style to meet candidates various needs. We require a flexible, adaptive individual who is enthusiastic about training and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a high quality experience for customers. A PCV or FLT licence will be advantageous. Apex offer internal training and opportunity for progression to the right candidate.
