Hours: Rotating shifts
• Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 5:45am–1:45pm, Fri 5:45am–11:45am
• Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 2:00pm–10:00pm, Fri 12:00pm–7:05pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-pressure blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal components
• Remove surface imperfections to achieve high-quality finishes
• Follow detailed manufacturing and safety procedures
• Maintain quality standards through precision and consistency
What We’re Looking For:
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Experience in grit blasting, shot blasting, or similar roles is an advantage—but full training is provided
