Job Title: Cold Roll Forming Setter
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, approx. 07:00 – 15:30)

Company Overview:
We are a well-established manufacturer specialising in precision cold-formed steel components. Due to sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced Cold Roll Forming Setter to join our day shift team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cold roll forming lines to produce steel profiles to specification.

  
  

• Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve optimal product quality and efficiency.

  
  

• Perform quality checks throughout the production run and record results.

  
  

• Conduct basic machine maintenance and report faults as required.

  
  

• Work closely with the production team to ensure targets and standards are met.

  
  

• Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a setter in a cold roll forming environment.

    
    

  • Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine tooling and setup.

    
    

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

    
    

  • Strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude.
