Summary
The Children are aged up to 4 years old, with 6 to 9 children per day. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and passionate about working with children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in fun activities. Shared responsibilities will include supervising playtime, preparing snacks or meals, and supporting the children's daily routines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Help Organise and engage in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Assist with light household tasks related to childcare and a safe working environment, such as tidying up play areas, nappy changes.
- Support with meal preparation and clearing up when needed.
- Follow any special requirements or routines set by the parents.
- Working harmoniously with the owner to provide a positive loving environment.
**Requirements:**
- Preferred Previous experience working with children, ideally in a childminding or nannying role but also happy to consider CVs for those just starting out . A caring passionate nature is what really counts.
- Child care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare) are preferred but not essential.
- Having a First Aid certification is preferable.
- DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to connect with children of various ages.
- Minimal 2 full days a week available preferably 3 or more days.
