Our mission is to provide comprehensive support that navigates the complexities of our clients' journeys with empathy and excellence.
Role Overview
Your role will be to support a lovely family with their twin boys. If you are someone who is kind, compassionate and fun, we would love to hear from you!
You will be required to work alongside mum as a second carer, supporting with personal care, helping with morning and evening routines, and supporting with activities that they choose. The boys go on a short break once a month, so there may be times when support is not required but this will be communicated to you in advance.
You will receive full training in all aspects of our client’s care and be fully supported by the Case Manager and wider team.
There is a requirement to complete a satisfactory 6-month probationary period.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to clients in their daily activities and personal care needs.
Working alongside mum as a second Carer.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with the family to foster a supportive environment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to client care.
Requirements
Previous experience in a support or caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
Empathy and compassion towards individuals facing health challenges.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with mum.
Satisfactory DBS and Right to Work.
