We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Embryologist who’s ready to take on a meaningful leadership role, guiding a close-knit, high-performing team in one of the UK’s most advanced fertility settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider embryology team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring full compliance with HFEA and CQC standards.
- Provide outstanding patient-centred care by engaging empathetically with patients throughout their fertility journey, ensuring clear and compassionate communication at every stage.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively contributing to innovation in laboratory practices and supporting the ongoing development and performance of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Clinical Embryologist with strong practical experience in fertility treatments.
- Proficiency in biopsy procedures is essential.
- ICSI training and HCPC registration are desirable but not required.
- We welcome ambitious Embryologists looking to advance into a Senior or Deputy Laboratory Manager position.
- We welcome candidates from both NHS and private sector backgrounds.
