Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.
As a Electrical Engineer you'll:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that routine PPMs are carried out on all assets in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
- Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in approach, identify tasks at source.
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied
- Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance activities.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure that all plant rooms are always secured and are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
- To operate a Permit to Work System
- Provide information to allow repair quotes to be completed in line with SLA’s.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- 18th edition
- C&G Level 3 Qualified
- Full Valid UK driver’s license
- On the job experience working in an Multi Skilled Electrical role or similar
- Team player
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of HVAC & BMS
- 2391 testing inspection
- AM2 Qualified
- IOSH working safely qualification
- Plumbing / Mechanical experience
- Basic fabric skills
