Our Client, a leading car manufacturer, are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their business based out of their Toyota Bracknell Dealership.

As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process, and delivering a premium customer experience. If you’re target-driven and have a passion for cars and customer service, this is the perfect role for you.
Whether you’re an experienced Car Sales Executive or coming from a target-based sales background outside the industry, full manufacturer training will be provided to help you succeed.

About the Role

- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and by appointment
- Discussing customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicles
- Presenting finance options, add-ons, and service plans
- Handling test drives and follow-ups to secure the sale
- Providing a transparent and customer-focused sales experience
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business

About You

- Experience in car sales or a target-based sales environment
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Professional, confident, and enthusiastic about cars
- Motivated by targets and driven to succeed
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
