Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £31,500 plus bonus OTE £45,000
SMART Repair Technician Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm NO SATURDAYS

SMART Repair Technician Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality cosmetic repairs including:
- Alloy wheel refurbishment
- Small to medium panel and bumper repairs
- SMART paint repairs
- Operate from your own designated workspace within a fully equipped extraction bay
- Deliver an exceptional standard of finish with excellent attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a SMART Repair or Paint Technician role
- Ability to work independently to a high standard
- Strong technical knowledge and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
