RPS Consulting UK & Ireland ltd (RKC) are a 1,700 strong multidisciplinary consultancy, focused on the built environment, and part of the TetraTech Group of companies.
Environment is a business unit within RKC, consisting of around 200 staff, across the ECGE, Ecology and Environmental Management disciplines.

What you will be doing:
Offering administrative support to all Business Unit team members – typing / editing documents/presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning.
Support to Business Unit team members .e.g. resolving hardware, software and kit issues by direction to relevant contacts
Ordering of PPE and equipment for your team
Organising travel arrangements
Book external training for individuals/teams
Support to the organising and logging staff training
Assisting with Marketing tasks where required
Arranging issue /return of computer equipment/mobile telephone for new starters / leavers
Assisting the Business Support Manager (BSM) with Integrated Management System (IMS) associated administrative tasks
Supporting new starter Induction process
Supporting Project Managers on project setup and invoicing via the Project Finance team
Maintaining COB and Pipeline data updates (weekly)
Supporting payment process of supplier invoices
Ensuring data for timecards and expenses are completed weekly and approved
Undertaking any other duties / responsibilities that assist the Business Support Manager and/or Operational Directors or result in efficiencies within the office.

Qualifications:
Typically 3-5 years plus of experience
