MLOP Operator (Medium Level Order Picker) – Solihull
£15.72 per hour (inc shift allowance)
Rotating Shifts (0545-1345/1345-2145) - early finish on Fridays
Rapier Employment are looking for experienced MLOP Operators who are looking looking for a new opportunity in Solihull. We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team!
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Operating MLOP trucks to pick and transport stock.
✅ Scanning & processing orders accurately.
✅ Maintaining stock levels and ensuring correct placement.
✅ Meeting efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Following health & safety regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ MLOP (Medium Level Order Picker) licence/certificate
✔️ Ability to work efficiently & accurately.
✔️ Comfortable with rotating shifts (days, afternoons).
✔️ Strong team player with a great work ethic.
