Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work within a supportive growing team on Friday's 12noon until 4:30pm, providing support throughout;
Lunchtime Activities (1 Hour):
Lead on flexible lunchtime activities throughout a staggered lunchtime, allowing children to join / exit the activity. Activities could include;
-Football
-Dodgeball
-Minigames
-Enrichment activities
-Child chosen activities
Enrichment Activities (40 - 50 Minuets):
To lead on an enrichment activity, which could include;
-Communication Games
-Team Building Activities
-Arts & Crafts Designs
-Child chosen activities
Small Focus Group (45 Minuets):
To lead a group of 10 children on a range of enrichment and active activities before their assembly starts and the end of this session.
Afterschool Clubs (1 Hour):
To lead an afterschool club of the children's choice. This could include leading a series of competitions for the children, organising the children into teams to compete. This could also include leading a different activity each week to show children an inclusive variety of activities.
*Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Safeguarding of children (training will be provided on appointment).
2) Ensure arrival to site in a timely prompt manner (15 minutes in advance).
3) Delivery of activities provided by the Operational Lead and School.
4) Maintain a professional approach to your duties at all times and set high expectations for children attending your activities.
5) Promote an ethos of inclusion and alignment with MACCA Sports Academies and School values.
6) Support the team where required.
