Summary

3 posts: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fixed Term until November 2025

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Student Funding Enrolment Assistant. This short-term role runs from August to November 2025 and opportunities exist to work from any of our three vibrant campuses.

What You'll Do:
• Provide expert advice and support to students on all aspects of student funding.
• Assist students with their enquiries and guide them through the funding application process.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records to ensure efficient processing of applications and payments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with our funding team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all students.

Comprehensive Training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.

Requirements:
• (SCQF level 6) – Higher Standard
• A proactive and supportive approach of dealing with the public/customers
• Excellent interpersonal, numeracy and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organisation abilities.
