Summary

Abatec is currently seeking Warehouse / Goods In Operatives to join our client’s team at Portbury Docks Industrial Estate, Bristol (BS20). This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable employment with full training provided and an immediate start.

No previous warehouse experience is required – just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This role involves manual handling, including unloading, sorting, and palletising goods. Good communication skills are essential.

Please note: Due to the location and shift patterns, own transport is required.

Shift Details:

Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
Rotating Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Pay
Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading trailers and shipping containers
Picking and packing orders using hand-held scanners
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
Wrapping pallets, and preparing goods for dispatch
Operating warehouse machinery (PPT, LLOP, Forklift – if trained)
Carrying out stock checks
Keeping work areas clean and hygienic
