Summary
We are currently recruiting experienced residential Care Assistants for immediate start opportunities in Swanwick. This welcoming care home supports up to 45 residents and is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals specialising in Alzheimer’s Disease, Old Age, and Physical Disabilities. Experience in these areas would be highly beneficial.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for following personalised care plans and supporting residents with their daily routines and activities. The team is committed to delivering holistic care that promotes wellbeing, particularly for those living with Dementia, and takes pride in creating a supportive and encouraging environment. This role is both physically and emotionally demanding, so a genuine passion for working in care and a strong sense of empathy are essential.

You will need:
- A minimum of 2 years working in a UK care setting, with this being referenceable
- A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

0700-1430
1430-2200
2200-0700
Rate of pay is £12.21 per hour between the hours of 0700-1900 and £16.24 per hour from 1900-0700
