Summary
We currently have a flexible position available for an experienced Healthcare Assistant in Burton on Trent.
You will be working in a beautifully maintained residential care home that supports up to 27 elderly residents, many of whom are living with age-related conditions such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
In this role, you will follow tailored care plans to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of support. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, and dressing, as well as supporting mobility and nutritional needs. You will play a key role in promoting both physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the day.

For the position of Healthcare Assistant, you will need:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
