Summary
Flexible Hours Available for Experienced Care Assistants – Alfreton
Join a dedicated team at a welcoming care home in Alfreton, offering short-term residential care for up to 39 residents with age-related health conditions.
We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants to support our residents with compassion and professionalism. You will work collaboratively with our established care team to deliver personalised care plans tailored to each resident’s individual health needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Follow and implement individualised care plans.
- Accurately complete documentation and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Offer one-to-one support when required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Promote a positive and enriching environment that enhances the quality of life for our elderly residents.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
- Up to date mandatory training
- Full up-to-date CV with employment history
- At least 2 years referenceable experience working within formal care settings
- Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

Ongoing role
You will be working hours between Monday to Sunday with usual hours being 1400-2200
Rate of pay £12.21 between the hours of 0700-1900,and £16.24 1900-0700
