Summary
Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for flexible shifts and weekly pay? We have a fantastic opportunity in a modern, purpose-built care home located in Aylestone, Leicester. With excellent facilities including a therapy suite, café, and hair salon, and strong public transport links, it’s a great place to work and grow your career.
In this role, you will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, hydration, and daily activities. You will also help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of care.
To be eligible, you must hold a practical moving and handling certificate dated within the last six months.

To be suitable for this position, you must have an Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, up-to-date mandatory training—including practical moving and handling training dated within the past 6 months—a referenceable work history covering a minimum of three years, and at least three months of previous experience within a UK-based care home setting.
If you do not currently have a valid DBS or up-to-date training, don’t worry—we can help. We offer online training at a subsidised fee, and the certificates are yours to keep.

Hours can vary with the usual shift times being:
08:00 to 14:00
14:00 to 20:00
08:00 to 20:00
Shifts can be available from Monday to Sunday.
You will have the opportunity to tell us when you are available, and we will offer you any shifts that match up with this.
