What skills and experience we're looking for

The Holt House and Carterknowle Schools Federation is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced teaching assistant to join our staff team from 1 Sept 2025.

The post will be based at Holt House Infant School, working in the EYFS.

You will need to have experience of working with children in the EYFS and evidence of how you have supported them effectively. You will be expected to be skilled at working with children in continuous provision, planning and developing activities and assessing children’s learning. You will need to have high expectations for what each child can achieve both in their learning and in their independence.
