Summary
Title: Counterbalance Driver / FLT Driver The Best Connection (Newcastle) are currently recruiting for Counter Balance FLT Operatives to work for our client based on the Team Valley, Gateshead. Our client is one of the UKs largest specialist merchant of roofing related products and services.
This role is temp to perm for the right candidate.
The role: Operating Counter Balance FLT to perform standard warehouse tasks Loading and unloading vehicles, picking stock and general house keeping This role will involve handballing, so manual handling activities such as (but not limited to) pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required Navigating through small spaces and tight areas Abide to company Health and Safety policies The candidate: Counter Balance FLT licence (Expired / In house Licence's will be considered) Physically fit as the role will involve manual handling Able to work under own initiative or part of a team Flexible outlook as working hours can vary slightly Hours of work: Monday to Friday 11.30am - 21.00pm £12.68 per hour Benefits of working for The Best Connection: Ongoing assignments Excellent pay rates Online payslips Weekly pay Holiday accrual Pension provision Personal accident insurance Access to 'Perks at Work' temporary worker benefit scheme Successful candidates will be invited to register online via our digital onboarding system.
