Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced cook to work within a local Nursery.
Your role would be working as a cook to prepare food for children within the setting. This would consist of washing and cutting vegetables, cooking & boiling other snacks/food such as pasta. Preparing cereal, sandwiches and more. You will be responsible for ensuring the children are well equipped with healthy meals during Lunch & Snack time. You will also need to ensure that you are taking allergen information into account whilst preparing meals.
The shift times are as follows: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: £13.50p/h What we are looking for: The ideal candidate should drive due to the location of the site. Someone with past experience working as a cook Past experience in an educational setting would be ideal Someone who can provide 2 written references Someone with an existing enhanced DBS would be ideal Why you will love working here: Potential for an ongoing position for the right candidate Weekly Pay Holiday Accrued as you work.
