Summary

Office Administrator - temporary (possibility for permanent role)

Office Administrator - temporary - required for 6 months (possibly permanent) in Birmingham.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the transport and warehouse teams
  • Update internal systems with delivery and operational data
  • Manage data entry and generate reports using Excel
  • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Handle incoming emails and telephone enquiries efficiently
