Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging Business and Economics curriculum to students across key stages.
- Monitor and support the academic and personal development of students as a teacher and form tutor.
- Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work, teaching strategies, and departmental planning.
- Support the academy's wider curriculum through extracurricular activities and house events.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality, and student engagement.
- Participate in staff development, performance management, and academy improvement initiatives.
