We're looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team across the Swindon area.
No experience? No problem-we provide full training. What matters most is your compassion, commitment, and drive to help others live independently.
Rate: £13.70/hour + 35p mileage
Areas Covered: Swindon (including West & North Swindon, Town Centre, Wroughton, Chiseldon, Highworth)
Driving licence and access to a vehicle required
What You'll Do:
- Support clients with daily routines in their own homes
- Assist with personal care (bathing, showering, continence)
- Support mobility and administer medication
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Follow person-centred care plans to promote independence
Shifts Available:
- Morning shift: 7:00am - 2:30pm
- Evening shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
- Flexible options: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends
What You'll Need:
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
- A caring nature and strong communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
