Summary
Were looking for a confident, proactive Clinical Team Lead who thrives on both hands-on practice and broader service development. Youll carry a small but complex caseload while providing professional and clinical leadership to your multi-disciplinary teammentoring staff, coordinating inductions and training, and fostering a supportive, learning-focused culture. You will drive the design and implementation of community pathways that emphasise recovery, skill-building and prevention, working collaboratively with the QPP senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into everyday practice. Collaboration is at the heart of this role: youll partner with inpatient wards, Home Treatment Teams, primary care, social services and voluntary sector organisations to ensure seamless, person-centred transitions across the care pathway. In addition, youll champion quality improvement through audit, data-driven reviews and innovation projects, all underpinned by a commitment to compassionate, inclusive care.
