Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children? Do you have the skills and heart to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs in a nurturing, faith-filled environment? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HLTA to lead our Nurture Class for children aged 4–7.
We are looking for someone who:
Is an aspiring or experienced HLTA with an understanding of ALN and early childhood development.
Has a nurturing and patient approach, fostering trust and emotional security in young learners.
Can confidently lead small group teaching, plan and adapt learning activities,
Can document learning and pupil progress, working closely with the ALNCO.
Embraces the values and ethos of our Catholic school, promoting spiritual, moral, and social development.
Communicates effectively with children, colleagues, and families, building strong partnerships.
Is proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous professional development.
