Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Careers Employability Manager. Ricards Lodge High School is an outstanding, successful and vibrant multi-cultural comprehensive school for girls with a co-educational Sixth Form. We have high expectations of all our students and provide a dynamic and stimulating environment in which they can learn and develop as individuals.The successful applicant would be expected to play a key role in planning, implementing and monitoring the whole school strategy for careers to meet all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of good practice.The post holder will have the day to day responsibility to ensure all students and their families receive effective careers information, advice and guidance appropriate to their needs in order to enable them to progress successfully through to further education, apprenticeships or training.
