What you'll be doing:
- Deliver sales and operational excellence for Industrial Site Services in Brownhills Region
- Drive continuous improvement through lean management techniques
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and develop business performance and profitability
- Ensure safe working systems and promote safety culture
- Coordinate with operational teams for work preparation and execution
- Plan resources and service delivery to meet client expectations
- Identify and implement growth opportunities
- Oversee multiple depots to achieve overall business targets
What we're looking for:
- IT literate to assist in reporting, record keeping and schedule planning
- Excellent people management skills
- Knowledge of industrial services is desirable
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in operational excellence and lean management
- Commercial acumen and financial management expertise
- Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability
- Strong focus on health and safety management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in resource planning and service delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
