Are you an experienced and passionate nurse looking to take the next step in your career? My client is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their well-established and highly regarded nursing home located near Rochester, Kent.

About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in the day-to-day clinical management of the home. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and lead by example to inspire and support the nursing and care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
Conduct clinical audits and risk assessments
Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members
Support and develop care plans in line with residents' needs
Promote best practices in dementia care and general elderly nursing
About You:
NMC Registered Nurse (Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN)
Proven experience working in a nursing home environment
Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead
Strong understanding and experience of dementia care
Experience working in medium to large-sized homes is essential
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
