Preferred Skills:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    ● Experience teaching primary-aged children, including those with SEND
    ● Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to behaviour and learning needs
    ● Strong classroom management and communication skills
    ● Ability to plan engaging, differentiated lessons
    ● Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
    ● Eligibility to work in the UK and references from recent employers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
    ● Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning difficulties and abilities
    ● Collaborate with teaching assistants and external professionals
    ● Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
    ● Promote independence, confidence, and well being among pupils
    ● Build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Role Details:
  • Start Date: September 2025
    ● End Date: Ongoing (permanent opportunity available)
    ● Working Pattern: Full-time - 32.5 hours per week
