- Holds (or is predicted) a 2:1 or higher from a leading University - degrees in Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Humanities, MFL, Education or Computer Science are especially desirable

- Has a strong academic background, including top grades at GCSE and A-Level in core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science

- Brings prior experience working with young people, through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, summer schools, or peer-support programmes

- Is a confident, proactive communicator with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in education or pastoral support

Graduate Teaching Assistant – The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your role will be varied, rewarding, and a vital part of the school’s student support framework:
