TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of excellent SEND and mainstream schools across Exeter, who are looking for caring and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams either immediately or from September. These schools are committed to inclusive education and offer fantastic support to both students and staff.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient and committed to helping every child achieve their potential.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will:

• Have experience working with children with additional needs

  
  

• Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

  
  

• Be patient, adaptable and nurturing in your approach

  
  

• Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting SEN pupils
