We are looking for people to provide high quality compassionate care and support within the Skegness area. No two days are the same as you work with the people we support to participate in a wide of activities including domestic tasks, shopping trips, leisure activities, social occasions, personal care and medication.

A post within the Community Support Service based within our Skegness Hub has become available, there will be an expectation for the successful candidate to work a mix of shifts to include early mornings, daytime hours, evenings and alternate weekends, at times there may be the need work within the Residential Houses.

We have well-established hub working in place for our residential and community supported living services. After training, guidance, and support, you may be required to travel to a number of local services within the hub to meet the needs of the people we support.
