Summary
Generally, to facilitate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of clinical governance across the Trust, including national and local clinical audits, service evaluations, clinical guidelines, patient surveys, patient information and other related activities Specifically, to provide analytical knowledge to investigate and review variations in clinical performance, i.e. mortality, sepsis management and to write reports to help others understand the Trust position and suggest what actions that need to be taken To provide support to or deputise for the Head of Clinical Effectiveness in a range of clinical governance activities as deemed appropriate to the department PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE
