Summary
provide respite sessions at short notice (emergency/additional session) to families as requested by the Senior Sister Record accurate documentation for each child or young person and maintain documentation within the home. Return all documentation to the Senior Sister as requested for review and upon completion of a care package. Undertake any additional training, assessment and competency that the CCNT team/Senior Sister has identified, using a risk assessment, as required to provide optimum care for each familys plan of care within the home. Attend clinical supervision sessions planned by CCNT team/Senior Sister and with other respite carers
