A rare opportunity has arisen in a market-leading company in Weymouth. Our client is looking for a receptionist/admin support role


Requirements:

Although the candidate will be the first port of call for all external visitors this is far from a general reception role. The succesful candidate will be key in admin support for the business. Tasks include managing office supplies, new starter welcome role, co-ordinating internal and external communication including meeting room bookings and management. Managing travel logistics including pool cars, vehicle hire, hotel bookings and all travel arrangments.

Ownership of intermal ordering of stationary through to PPE and uniforms

Ideal candidate is warm, freindly and inviting and keen to get stuck in to various tasks during the day. No one day the same at this busy , market leading company. Proficient in verbal and written communication, microsoft Office (word , excel etc), Organised and able to deal with confidential inforamtion with discretion and professionalism
