The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major construction projects. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes prestigious new build construction projects, commercial maintenance and facilities management. This is an excellent opportunity for a cleaner to join the facilities management team, supporting a major maintenance contract at Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, B45 9PZ.
Duties
As a suitably experienced cleaner you will be working on a contract to clean the corporate head offices of a large multinational organisation in Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, B45 9PZ. Primary duties will be to clean all desks and chairs, wipe IT equipment, clean door handles, sterilise push plates and key pads, vacuum the floor, empty and clean the general and recycling bins, load and unload the dishwasher and mop the kitchen floor. Additional duties may include re-ordering cleaning supplies if stocks run low and completing a weekly time sheet.
About You
Based in Birmingham you will need to live within a short commutable distance of Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, B45 9PZ.
Demonstrable experience of commercial or industrial cleaning with a good working knowledge of hygiene standards and procedures is essential.

In return for your experience you will receive an hourly rate of £17.00 PAYE or £22.00 Umbrella per hour as well as a range of benefits.
This job is for 1 week holiday cover working Monday 23rd June to Friday 27th June from 4pm until 8pm. Other holiday cover will be available in the future.
