Summary

Salary: £14,048 - £19,559 pro rata based on the Full Time Equivalent of £28,096 - £39,118 per annum (HS27 – HS38)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer to develop and deliver engaging learning programmes for apprentices undertaking the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications at Levels 2 and 3. As the main Apprenticeships College contact for AAT, you will play a vital role in supporting learners, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery, and maintaining academic standards.

Key responsibilities include delivering teaching commitments, providing sound pre-entry advice, and overseeing course administration such as student tracking, reports, and assessment. You will also contribute to curriculum development, resource innovation, and the continuous improvement of teaching strategies to support learners effectively. Additionally, you will facilitate tutorials, enrichment activities, and compliance with awarding body standards, ensuring apprentices receive the guidance necessary for timely success.
