Summary
The ideal candidate will need to be dedicated and hardworking, and have a willingness to be flexible when necessary. As a consequence of the often pressured working environment, there is a strong management focus on staff wellbeing, flexible working and support within the team, the outcome being that the team is highly-functioning, fun, friendly and supportive of all colleagues. This is a potential training post so no experience necessary, however the successful candidate will be required to undertake training to NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services before being put onto the full band 3 payscale, and you should have a good basic level of education and English language skills. If you already possess an NVQ 2 in pharmacy services you will start on the band 3 payscale. for the successful candidates work commences as per the rota with varying start times between 6am and 7:30am. Successful candidates will also be expected to participate on the weekend working rota once trained Working hours for these posts can be discussed at interview, the management team are willing to be flexible in order to suit both the needs of the department and successful candidates.
