Summary
The post holder will require: Current recent evidence of being employed as a Band 7 or above within an acute setting. Knowledge of Sepsis education, acute deterioration, NEWS and fluid balance. A depth of post-registration experience in a leadership position, with extensive clinical practice. Reputation for setting and maintaining high standards of nursing care. Evidence of ability to manage change effectively. Evidence of innovation in practice. Extensive experience as an assessor/mentor. Clinical credibility. Evidence of participation in audit and research. Experience of resource management. Have the ability to deal with competing priorities through highly developed reasoning and prioritisation skills.
